Rates are quoted per person per night – in US Dollars
Rates fixed for the period 7th January 2023 – 6 January 2024
Rates are subject to change without notice e.g. – park fees, government taxes
National Park fees are included in the FULLY INCLUSIVE RATE only
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome
Standard rooms – Maximum 2 adults
3rd beds are not possible so parents will need to split to share with children
Child 2 – 12 years pays child rate when sharing with 1 adult
Child over 12 years pays full adult rate
Families with Children under 6 years must book a private vehicle
Guide & Tour Leader Policy
1st Guide/ Tour Leader (max 1 per group) stay in Guide Tent and pay FOC
Additional Guides & Tour Leaders stay in Guest Tent and pay Single/ Sharing Rate
Payment Policy
All confirmations and Cancellations to be made in writing
50% deposit payable on confirmation
Final payment / remaining 50% due 30 days prior to travel
All bank transfers are to be received FREE from any bank charges
Cancellation Policy
20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation
60 days or less from date of travel – 50% cancellation charge
30 days or less from date of travel – 100% cancellation charge
Access
Only 15 minutes’ drive from Khwai Airstrip – Mack Air rates available on request
4 ½ hours’ drive from Maun (dependent on road conditions) – self-drive possible but in 4×4 only
